Chrome Steel Liners
The hammer mill is made of Hi-chrome to avoid the corrosive action in the middle. Best results are with materials with greater humidity and hardness. Because of its resistance to abrasion and climate, this allows for greater performance and also increases the expected life of the equipment.
Arms
The arms of the mill are made of manganese steel, produced to withstand impacts and prevent the arm from bending.
Mounting arms on the Hammer Mill
The hammers are mounted to the arms which are attached to the rotor by a rod, making its replacement quick and easy. It´s good to keep in mind that higher the rotation of your mill and/or greater number of hammers, the thinner the product.
